About
Tessa Miller is an athletic outside defender/CB who also plays on the flank for her La Roca Premier 05 team as an every game starter. Tessa is great at reading the game defensively, jumping and intercepting the pass and then getting up the flanks and into the attack to go at teams.
Tessa is a tough cookie. She fractured her arm this summer early in the State Cup first round with half of the game to go. She was in pain but finished up the game to help her team win. She got casted up after the game and advised to stay off of playing for a few weeks. She played in every game with a wrapped cast and helped her team make the semi-finals of the State Cup starting every game.
You’ll see in the film her athleticism, she does well to combine with the midfield and get up into the attack. She has a strong leg for crosses and can score when given the opportunity. She is a varsity starter as an underclassmen for her 6A team Skyridge High, where she carries a true 4.0 unweighted GPA.
