Paula Burillo Blasco is a D1 College All-Conference center midfielder from Grambling State University. Paula scored 4 goals and notched 1 assist as a true freshman starting at center midfielder. Paula is gifted with her first touch, can do moves in tight spaces, is creative with the ball and has good vision for chip and through ball passess to her teammates. Paula played her senior year of high school in Arkansas as an exchange student finishing first team All-State for the 5A classification and carried her team through the playoffs. In Spain Burillo-Blasco played for one of the higher level teams in the country as a starter and contributed to their success. After making 2nd team All-SWAC in college as a freshmen, she was selected as a pre-season All-Conference selection as well, and had a bit of bad luck pulling her quad muscle early on and was out for the non-conference portion of the schedule and limited in her return as conference play started. She is looking for a good academic and athletic fit to complete her last 3 years of eligibility at and has a fair budget range to help with some of the costs.
