Myla Stewart D1 College Transfer from WIU. Forward and midfielder 3.96 GPA

Myla Stewart is a Sophomore at NCAA D1 Western Illinois University. She was a utility player for them that played primarily forward and mid. But when injuries occurred she volunteered to jump in goal. Myla was a 2021 ECNL starter for Real Colorado Athletico ECNL. Myla has a tremendous leg for driving set pieces as you’ll see on the film scoring in the Colorado 4A State championship game on a 45-yard drive from the touchline to the side netting on the far post, or a 35-yard goal against Laramie community college her senior year. She also takes her team’s corner kicks as well and can whip the ball in on target. Her primary position is forward or acmid, she can post up and turn and go at players, or distribute well. She has started at the outside back role for her Real Colorado ECNL team in the past and uses her 5’9 frame to her advantage.

Covid cancelled her junior year of HS. Prior to covid she was a 1st Team All-Conference selection, was 2nd in the league in total points, finishing with a school all-time scoring record 15 goals and 7 assists with half a dozen former players at her school who have gone on to play D-1. She was also selected to the All-State team and All-State soccer all-star game in 2019.

Myla has a 3.96 college GPA. She wants to pursue a field of study in Sports Broadcasting or Journalism. A short highlight film from this year of college can be found here and is a mixture of footage from the past month where they played some college teams Mesa State U, and Laramie JC, and a few clips against some club games.

Also, here is Additional video from her club days and High school.
