About
Madison Osborn is a very athletic, agile 6 foot tall keeper with big booming punts and solid footwork. She is the starting Goalkeeper for the SC Wave GA 06 team. Maddy has only been playing at GK for three years, she was a field player before that, similar to what Hope Solo did late in her career transitioning to goal. She has great footwork, and instincts, a big goal kick and huge punts that go 15 yards past the half.
She’s a very good vocal leader and organizer around the box who is only going to get better in the coming years technically and with continued good training and coaching from her club. She’s already had half a dozen top 125 RPI level colleges reach out to her coaches about her with interest. She’s aiming to decide what school and team is the best fit in the next few months. She’s one to watch as a potential #1 keeper in the future for your program.
