About
Lundyn Ladner is a talented 5’9 technical defender who can play with proficiency anywhere on the backline or as a Defensive Cmid. I coached Lundyn in ODP for both the state ODP team and at Region camp where she made the region camp All-Star team. She’s strong in the air, tackles hard, knows how to use her body, distributes extremely well from the back and reads the game and anticipates plays at a high level. Lundyn has a great coachable attitude, is very focused and passionate about everything she does. She guest plays for the Houston Dash GA on occasion as there is no GA or ECNL leagues in Louisiana. So she played with Houston for the GA playoffs this summer.
Lundyn is the starting Center Back/Outside back for the #1 team in the Louisiana, the Baton Rouge Soccer Club. They just won the State Championship for the sixth time in seven years. Lundyn leads the defense and is a great organizer. We also played her at the six position and she’s excellent winning balls in the air, possessing and distributing. Academically she is a valedictorian candidate. She has a 4.6 weighted GPA and a 4.0 unweighted GPA, and 28 ACT. She wants to pursue a Poly Sci or Criminal Justice degree.
