About
Jaiden Leal is a 6’1 Starting Goalkeeper for his MLS Next Academy Dallas Hornets team. Leal, a 2028 grad, is a very athletic, shot stopping GK with a huge range to cover ground and make big saves in games. He reads the game well allowing him to anticipate crosses, shots and nuances that enable him to be in position to make the big play. He’s a good communicator with his backline, midfield and coaches allowing him to direct his defense and get everyone working together.
His drop kick punts can make it 15- 20 yards past the half. He has good footwork, and distribution and makes good decisions to possess the ball and find dangerous targets upfield to begin their attack. Jaiden has a 3.48 GPA at Plano West High in Texas
