Sophia Alvarado is a super crafty technical outside mid who is an impact play maker for her Girls Academy team. Sophia is an impact player at outside mid for her undefeated West Coast Girls Academy 08 team that are currently 11-0-2 on the season ranked #1 in the west and 6th in the nation. Watch the film on Sophia, you’ll see how creative she is with the ball to beat players, play a well timed chip pass, and move off the ball to combine in the attack. She is a leader on and off-the field and is the team captain for her Varsity high school team and was just awarded the MVP for the 24/25 season. She was honored as a 1st-team All-League selection as a Junior and 2nd-team All-league as a Sophomore.

Academically Sophia is strong in the classroom posting a 4.08 GPA. She wants to pursue a degree in Business or Accounting and is open to playing anywhere in the country.
