Marley Porter is the team captain and every game starting defensive center mid for her Bigham High (6A) varsity team in Utah where she led her team in goals this year from her DCMID spot with 7 while notching two assists. She’s a great set piece taker who can blast shots and can finish loose balls near the 18 box. Marley is a good passer who can dribble out of pressure and is comfortable on the ball.
She played for Utah Avalanche Premier for the past three years and just switched to Wasatch Aspire GA Club for her senior year, she primarily plays outside back and center back for club. She’s a great open field defender that reads the game well to anticipate and jump passes. She got invited and did go play in Italy for the LaSquadra Tournament in 2024 and loved her experienced competing overseas.
