About
Kate Boyll is the starting center mid for the LATDP Girls Academy team. Kate has an engine that won’t stop, she covers a ton of ground in the center of the pitch and is great in the transition to move the ball and read the play. She’s a good 1 vs 1 defender in the open field, she’s good in the air, and has great 1 and 2 touch passes getting the ball off her feet when needed and advancing the ball. Kate also has a nose for the goal and can scrap to find goals or blast a shot from outside the 18 to finish.
Kate can play both the defensive and attacking center mid position seamlessly. She also excels on the wing as a wing back player getting up the flank and into the attack. Kate has gotten interest already and offers from several Divisions of schools already ranging from NCAA D1 schools all the way thru JC full rides. She’s looking for the right fit though competitively, academically and team chemistry wise. She has a 3.77 GPA and scored a 23 on her ACT.
