Claire Boersma is a strong, fast, athletic Center Back for West Coast FC’s 07 DPL team. She is a starter and strong player on their back line. She is good at reading the game, has good pace and can run down balls over the top or in the gaps, and is very calm and skilled on the ball and is able to dribble up the field when called for and into the attack creating scoring chances for herself and her teammates. She does a good job from the backfield whether it be at center or outside back to keep her run going after a pass for a give and go.
