About

Cate Sheahan is a two sport star athlete earning Conference Player of the Year in soccer, First team All-State 2020-2021, and was recognized in region play as a NW Conference 1st team All-Conference ECNL selection. She has been a team captain for ECNL for the last three years from 2018-2021 and the team leader in both goals and assists the past two years. For basketball, Cate was her team MVP this past year, team captain, and high school record holder in steals while garnering 3 years of Academic All-State honors.

Cate is a great technical player with good ball control, a solid first touch. She possesses the ability to do moves in traffic, manipulate and rake the ball under duress, and can score clutch goals for her team consistently as she has shown finishing as the top team scorer and one of the leading scorers in her ECNL region consistently for years. She is most dangerous as a forward, but can also play in the attacking center mid position quite well.

Academically she is very committed to her studies and scored a 32 on her ACT test, 1420 SAT, while posting a 4.3 GPA. Cate wants to pursue a degree in Math, Business or Engineering. She is looking for a school that has 4,000 or more students and that is competitive both academically and athletically.
