Brande is a seasoned operations professional with over two decades of experience in project management, compliance, and organizational leadership. As the Director of Operations for College Sports Prep, she plays a vital role in guiding student-athletes from North Africa and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries through the complex process of college admissions, visa preparation, and documentation for universities in the United States.

Brande brings a unique blend of administrative expertise and cultural sensitivity to her work, ensuring each student is supported through every stage of their transition. Her background includes leadership roles in education, small business operations, and international compliance, making her well-suited to coordinate cross-border logistics and support athletes in achieving their academic and athletic goals.

Brande is currently based in Rabat, Morocco, where she continues to advocate for access and opportunity for student-athletes across the region.
