Anna Evenson is a dynamic dribbling outside mid/ forward who’s a playmaker worth looking into. Anna has been a key playmaker for her West Coast DPL team who just finished the year with a 22-2-4 overall record tying 0-0 in the National Championship game before falling in PK’s. Her West Coast team has also beaten 4 out of the last 5 ECNL teams they’ve played in tournaments or friendlies in the last 18 months. Anna is extremely fast, athletic, and crafty on the ball. She can shred defenses and go to goal, or get a cross off for her teammates. 

Prior to covid, her team was the San Diego Strikers P1 team that made it to nationals as a top 4 team in SoCal before they joined West Coast this last year and were slotted at the DPL level. A very gifted group. Anna’s best attribute  in my opinion is her ability to be a take on artist. She can create off the dribble, draw double teams and still beat them and create scoring chances. She can stop and turn on a dime, has a good shot both left and right footed, knows when to cut it inside or when to take it down the line.

She’s also a very academic student, and is only considering schools with good academic programs. She has a 4.3 GPA, 3.85 unweighted and wants to pursue a degree in either Nursing, Kinesiology or bio.
