About

Amy Ollendorff is a very athletic forward and outside mid for her West Coast GA 04 team. Prior to joining West Coast FC, Amy was a starter for the OC Surf DA program starting 8 out of 9 games before covid shut the season down in 2019 scoring two goals that year. Amy is a sprinter, she can track the ball down, presses opposing defenses relentlessly and is a physical player and not afraid to back down from 50/50 tackles. Amy has a strong shot, and understands how to widen out and create width when waiting for the pass and then knows to diagonal in or cut it inside and switch the field.

Some of the D-1 schools talking to Amy were looking at her with her size, speed and strength as an outside back option. I think she plays equally well on defense and can be utilized as an outside back with the way she plays and thee ability to get up the line and go. Amy recently tried out for the Orange County USL team that competes against other high level teams in the summers who just won the USL tourney in Florida at the end of May with Amy being one of the leading scorers for the tourney while they went 4-0.

Academically Amy has a 4.5 GPA and scored 1320 on her SAT, 32 on ACT and plans on majority in writing or literature. She’s a member of the IB program and a recipient of the International Dark Sky Association Rising Star award. She has trained in Germany with the FC Koln Girls Academy and with the Talent Projekt. In track Amy was a CIF Sectional finalist for the 300 meter hurdles and has been on varsity since her freshman year.

Amy wants an academically challenging education and to be a part of a competitive team.
