Stella Armenio is a standout center midfielder for her West Coast Girls Academy 09 team. She can play the 6, 8 and 10 positions interchangeably. Stella is a terrific one vs one defender in the open field reading her opponents well and winning the ball. She is great at playing the big switch, the ball over the top and making the smart pass to advance the ball and keep possession. She has a high soccer IQ and is a good athlete covering ground in the run of play.

Stella is a good leader and communicator that is very coachable and eager to learn and improve. She organizes and directs her teammates in the midfield as a field general looking for mismatches and solving problems before the breakdowns lead to negative outcomes. She’s a good teammate and encourages others around her to be better.

Academically she carries a 4.3 GPA and is a regular on the Dean’s list. She is enrolled in the prestigious JSerra Business Magnet Program, a rigorous 4-year course that further highlights her dedication and time management skills.

She wants to find a college where she can continue her growth, get a good education, and contribute to her team.
