Logan Funk

Logan Funk is the starting CB for the 17th ranked NJCAA D1 team in the nation, Snow College out of Utah. Snow just beat #2 in the nation Salt Lake CC this month in the region championship game to win the region title. Logan was recruited to NCAA D1 Central Arkansas in 2022 where he redshirted as a freshman behind upperclassmen center backs. He then transferred to Snow College where he helped lead the team to national rankings and a region title as their team leader and anchor on the back line. He started 14 out of 18 games this year playing 1293 minutes. 

He had random shin splints early on in the season, so his coach tried to rest him a bit in some of those games. They cleared up, and he and the team finished strong. Prior to college he was the starting center back for Nationally ranked La Roca ECNL 04 team. He was a state champion in High school at Weber HS leading them to a perfect 19-0 record with only 3 goals conceded on the year and made 1st team All-State. Logan is dominant in the air, physical, reads the game and uses his body well. He is good at providing support and being an option in the counter attack with good distribution and shape. He is a good communicator and organizer for his teams.

Academically Logan carries a 3.82 college GPA, he graduates December of 2024 (this month) with his AA degree in Business/General. He’s looking for either a mid major D1 program, or a competitive D2 school. His Snow College coach’s name is Jack Larter, whose cell is: 530-318-0539.
