Kate Howard is a very speedy dynamic outside mid or flank forward for La Roca’s ECNL-R team. She has good pace and attacks open space at speed, she can do dribble moves to beat players. She’s flashy with the ball and can do some nice passes, crosses and score. She works hard on defense to get back and win the ball and is strong and physical. She’s looking for a mid major D1 program or a strong NCAA D2 program to compete for in college where she can contribute.
Academically Kate has a 4.0 GPA and wants to pursue a degree in Exercise Science or Business.
