Tyler Smith is a competitive hard working Goalkeeper that plays for Lansing Soccer Club in New York as their starting keeper. Tyler is a good vocal leader for his team, a hard worker who loves to play and compete. He is coachable, has good hands and reads the game well. He is quick off his line and has good range and versatility.
He posted a 82 percent save pct this year with a 1.00 Goals Against Average notching 72 saves while securing 8 shutouts for his team while they posted a 12-4 record as a playoff team. Tyler was honored as 2nd team IAC All-Star and was selected as the ESPN Ithaca Impact Player of the Game in his sectional quarterfinal playoff match.
