Amanda Pankiewicz is the starting outside defender for the SC Wave GA 06 team. She is fast and athletic, gets up the flanks and into the attack consistently with overlapping runs and timing to get on the end of crosses on the weak side.
Amanda reads her opponents well and has good footwork defensively to break down her feet and use impeccable timing of when to step and win the ball. She has good technical skills to dribble the ball out of pressure using moves and can use all surfaces of her foot to pass and dish the ball. She is an every game starter for her team and if she continues on the path she is already headed is projected to be a good D1 mid major level player.
Her grades are roughly a 2.9 GPA right now but should be improving after this term posts and in the future as she strives to get it up to a 3.0 this semester. Her Girls Academy coaches name and contact info is at the end of her highlight film.
